Account and sign-in
Passwords, invite links, your profile, your logo and a copy of your data.
- Sign-in problems What the sign-in messages mean, and how long you must wait after too many wrong passwords.
- Forgot your password Ask for a reset link by email and choose a new password. We never tell anyone which emails have accounts.
- Why an invite link says it is not valid An invite link works once, for one email, until an admin cancels it. Here are the reasons it can stop working.
- Change your name or company name Edit your own name and email in Settings. Admins can also change the company name.
- Your company logo on PDF logs Admins can add a logo. It prints at the top left of every borehole log PDF.
- Get a copy of your company data An admin can ask for a file with all the data of the company. There is no button in the app yet, so ask support.
